Currently we are only open to Emerging Asian artists. This refers to art students or artists at the beginning of their artistic career. If you do not have formal arts training in a school, you are also welcome to apply. After all, the real test of an artist is not whether you are formally trained, but whether your work is good.

There are two ways to becoming a member. The first way is to apply directly online.

Alternatively, you can request for a friend, who is already an Artyii member, to invite you.

Invites are another way of telling us and buyers that you are a real and credible artist. To protect our buyers, we ask for your kind understanding in this.

In order to maintain quality standards, every artist is manually screened by our panel.

We see the value in Asian art and how it is under-exposed and under-valued in the world. Through this platform, we hope to change this and let the world realize what new Asia is like and how it is rapidly evolving.

We are also based in Asia and hence we are well connected to the art industry here.

The price you set for your art is what you will earn.

Just bear in mind that the price you set will not be the final price that appears on the site. We will mark this up by 20% for the services we provide. (Packaging, framing, shipping to the buyer, and payment escrow services)

For young artists, the number one advice will be: price to sell. If your art is too expensive and are unable to sell, discounting it in the future will send a wrong message to art buyers and your reputation as an artist may be affected

Take benchmarks of your own past works and other works that you think are comparable. If you are still unsure, we can provide you a price range here.

Finally, once a price is set, you will not be able to change it so consider carefully.

Once the work has reached the buyer in good condition, we will send a cheque to your registered address. It is therefore crucial that your profile details are accurate.

You should pack your art securely and appropriately and address your scroll to our address at: 60 Stamford Road #B1-40 Singapore 178900. We’ll have a DHL personnel come pick it up from your address. Just wait for us to contact you and prepare your piece for shipment.  Don’t know how to pack your art?

We acknowledge that we may not be able to totally control this. If your work is truly exceptional, there will be unoriginal, dishonourable artists out there who would readily copy your work wholesale.

However, we try and mitigate this by making sure everyone on Artyii is who they say there are and increase everyone’s credibility by linking them to institutions and via invites. Bearing this, we will investigate if we receive abuse reports from any of our users and take the appropriate action.

Artyii supports original pieces only

No, every artist should be who they say they are. No resellers are allowed.

Just click on the Invite button on your profile page and send an invitation to your friend’s email. We trust that you invite good artists because every artist will be tagged with the person who invited them. In the case where one artist conducts himself/herself inappropriately, we know whose accounts to remove.

Just go to our News section and submit a document that you wrote or a link of an interesting article. We will read through it and publish it with full acknowledgement of the author and/or submitter.

Artyii actively sources for institutional clients. In such instances, we may contact you to arrange for more than one piece in your portfolio to be shipped.

You don’t have to be a member to buy art. Simply click to purchase via Paypal. If you like to find out more, drop us an email/chat message and we will return a call or email within one Singapore working day.

However, if you would like to see in depth information about the artist and network members, you would be required to sign up as an Art Lover.

Artyii will refund the buyer if:

There is misrepresentation by the artist (i.e. actual art piece does not match its online showcase). The artist will have to incur the return delivery charges.

There is physical damage of the art piece upon delivery. Artyii will honour refunds only if it is made within 3 days from the time of receiving the art piece.

Contact us at support@artyii.com to verify the refund before returning the art to us.

We do our very best to make sure this is true with the interviews we do with every artist upon sign up.

You can judge the originality of an artist’s work by looking at his profile and his affiliation with other artist/institutions. If you think that piece might be a replica, please do not buy from him.

However, in instances where the work has already been bought and proven to be a replica, if the buyer chooses to, we will provide a full refund. That is Artyii’s promise.
