Refund Policy

Artyii strictly honours its refund policy

All requests for refunds must be made within three days of receiving the product.
A full refund policy is valid only in conditions of:

  • Damaged product while in-transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product specifications were misrepresented
  • Contact us at support@artyii.com with your name and contact number and we will return a call or email within one Singapore working day. Once it has been established that the return is appropriate, you are required to ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, Artyii will process the refunds into your account.

For causes of refunds not due to conditions above, (i.e. changed your mind about the product) Artyii will deduct delivery charges (at your own cost) from the refund value. Refunds due to this would be in the form of gift certificates.
