Interview: http://www.artyii.com/Article-105 Tilen’s bio: TIlen has been interested in art since primary school, used to scribble on his school textbooks. He support him self by working in newspaper company to complete his education in commercial design in Malaysia. Currently live & work in Singapore as a graphic designer with his wife & son. Tilen was a self-thought artist that only started to paint frequently from year 2009 after 3rd year shifted to Singapore. Tilen’s statement: Tilen painting appears to be colorful & vivid. He paints exclusively with only a palette knife, which creates unique rich texture & impasto effect. Palette knife master James Pratt & Leonid Afremov influenced him.
